Observation requested by London Legacy Development Corporation for this application seeks to update the hybrid application previously submitted in June 2016 (ref. 16/00271/OUT). This application proposes revisions for formal substitution and comprise a full redesign of Buildings D and E, referred to as the White Post Land Building. The revisions include an uplift in the number of residential units and a shift to Build to Rent tenure, minor increases in the height and floor levels of Buildings A and B including internal reconfiguration of the floorspace, improved access arrangements, the removal of a basement, the addition of a refuse store and other minor changes. [The revised development will comprise the following uses: • 143 new studio to three-bedroom built to rent homes arranged within two building groups; • 4,432sqm GIA of Use Classes B1(a-c), A1/A3/A4 at ground and first floor levels including 1,500sqm theatre (Sui Generis) space; • A public working yard space with access from White Post Lane as existing; • Affiliated amenity and children's play areas]
