- Remove coal bunker and replace with a pavement level deck for a covered bike storage area.- Removal of brick wall on the pavement boundary and replace with metal railings.- Over clad the existing top and bottom landing at the entrance in mosaic and retain the stone for the steps and level deck.- New gate off the pavement and stairs with railings leading down to the lower ground bike storage area to be matched with the proposed railings.
