Non-material amendment to reserved matters consent ref: PA/16/00772, Dated 16/06/2016. Apartment layout updates on L32 and L55 to optimise the internal layout; Alterations to 6 units on L56-57 to provide 7 duplex units in order to reflect the constraints specific to the top two levels of the tower, allowing for all units to be served by common lifts; Alterations to slab level heights on L57 and the location and depth of balcony recesses and cladding; Roof level core to be reduced in size to facilitate garden light wells to L57; The finished roof level to be raised to increase the internal floor to ceiling height of L57; and A portion of roof to be lowered to accommodate technical equipment.
