Application for non-material amendment to planning permission PA/17/01095, dated 04/07/2017, to amend condition 13 (Energy and Sustainability), to read:'No Development shall take place until an 'Energy and Sustainability Statement' has been submitted and approved in writing by the local authority.The statement should detail the features integrated into the design in relation to:Demonstrate CO2 reduction targets 45% have been met and Carbon Dioxide emissions have been minimised across the site, including the building and services (such as heating and hot water systems) unless otherwise agreed with the Council in writingAvoiding internal overheating and contributing to the urban heat island effectEfficient use of natural resources (including water), including making the most of natural systems both within and around buildingsúMinimising pollution (including noise, air and urban-run offMinimising the generation of waste and maximising reuse or recyclingAvoiding impacts from natural hazards (including flooding)Ensuring developments are comfortable and secure for users, including the avoidance of local adverse climatic conditionsSecuring sustainable procurement of materials, using local suppliers where feasible, andPromoting and protecting biodiversity and green infrastructure
