Application for non-material amendment to planning permission ref: PA/14/03474, Dated 05/10/2016 Non-Material Amendment(s) Sought: Front elevation: - Bin store doors recessed to allow for small utility / services cupboard on left hand pier. Bin store doors now opening out, fully within the applicant's demise. - Minor fenestration changes to the upper floors to replace fixed glazed windows with openable panels to match window details elsewhere. - Third floor brickwork balcony replaced with metal balustrade to match the detail of the fourth floor balcony above. Side elevation: - No change Rear elevation: - Timber cladding removed at levels 3 + 4 and replaced with brickwork finish to match remaining building. - Minor elevational changes to reduce window sizes and adjust position of windows across rear elevation. Note internal flat layouts remain as previously consented. Other points to note: - There has a minor alteration to the ground floor plan layout to reflect the reconfiguration of the access stair.
