Application for a non-material amendment following a grant of planning permission PA/16/03595, dated 28/07/2017. Amendments sought: 1. Reduction of number of guestrooms from 164 to 159. Removal of one guestroom on floors 2nd-6th and rearrangement of the internal stairs and laundry rooms. 2. Reduction of the width of wheelchair bedroom units from 4.7m to 4.0m. 3. Increase in length of building along west elevation by – 965mm (50,100mm – 51,065mm). 4. Increase in building width along south elevation by 980mm (26,010mm – 26,990mm). 5. Changes to the internal layout of the lower ground and ground floors. 6. Increase in building height by – 900mm (25,800mm – 26,700mm). 7. External changes are as follows: a. West elevation – reduction in one set of windows and rearrangement of window positions and sizes. b. South elevation – removal of windows on lower ground floor and one louvres on ground floor. c. East elevation – re-arrangement of windows and entrance position. d. North elevation – rearrangement of windows.
