Application for non-material amendment to planning permission ref: PA/18/00947, Dated 19/09/2018 Non-Material Amendment Sought: Amending wording to Condition 2 as follows:- Full particulars of the following part(s) of the development must be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority prior to the relevant part of the development commencing. a) a brick panel including all four types of brick proposed including bounding material and colour; b) a typical sample of masonry window bay and glazed elevation facade system; c) a typical sample of the roof top plant room facade treatment; d) detailed design drawings at scale 1:20/ 1:5 of the masonry window bay showing reveals, mortar joints, projecting cill, lintelsand sunshade; e) details of any proposed exterior lighting to be installed on building or terraced areas; f) drawings at scale 1:20/ 1:50 of the proposed ground floor commercial units to include details of security measures and signage area; and g) all external materials to be used on SME building, substation and refuse store structures.
