Application for variation of condition no. 2 (Approved Plans) and no.5 (Cycle Storage) of Planning Permission ref: PA/14/03660, Dated 17/12/2015. Amendments sought: Change to block B courtyard elevation omission of timber cladding and substitution with brick for all recessed windows from 1st to 4th floor; Change of material with timber appearance from Vivix Marron Cumaru F6060 by Vivix to "Dark Oak' CL105 Eternity Cedral Lap Weatherborad by Marley; Omission of cycle store under block A and provision of cycle racks including the reduction in cycle storage provision due to over provision in the initially consented scheme; Introduction of perimeter roof safety balustrade on all roofs to match 217-219 Bow Road;  Introduction of louvered screens to house AOV units for better visual appearance; Omission of block B brown roof; Small changes to block D window sizes on the east/west facades due to construction related constrains; Introduction louvered vent to gas meter room door of block C and rear communal door of block; The three windows on block D to be removed; Remove the windows in the corridor of block D. Rewording of condition 5 to better reflect current cycle standards
