Request for an Environmental Impact Assessment Scoping Opinion under Regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 for the redevelopment of the site will involve the construction of an anticipated of part 29 storey (ground + 28, 99.95mAOD), part 7 storey (ground + 6, 28.75mAOD) building comprising an approximate 400 room hotel (Use Class C1) with ancillary bar and restaurant, approx.70 mixed tenure residential units with ancillary private gym, and approx. 100 square metres Gross Internal Area (m2 GIA) of retail / commercial floorspace (hereinafter referred to as 'the Proposed Development'). The Proposed Development will also provide for a single level basement, as well as providing space for a new public realm, and cycle storage facilities.
