Minor Material amendment to the planning permission PA/15/02104 dated 15/07/2016 which gave consent for the: Erection of building facades to existing structure on site to create a mixed use development comprising 206 serviced apartments (Class C1), 1,844 sqm of office floorspace (Class B1) and 218sqm of cafe floorspace (Class A3). Amendments include the: increase in the number of serviced apartments from 206 to 250 units and associated internal reconfigurations, increase in wheelchair accessible/ adaptable rooms from 22 to 33, increase in future wheelchair accessible parking spaces from 7 to 8 spaces, and re- wording of condition 22 to allow landscaping to occur prior to the commencement of the relevant works.
