Observation requested by London Legacy Development Corporation for following our successful tender to lldc and crt for lease of a commercial mooring at the sweetwater site and adjacent amphitheatre space, we are now applying for planning permission for a change of use to operate a bar/coffee shop and restaurant based on a boat at the sweetwater commercial mooring site. this would be a3 and a4 use. our plan also involves utilising the underused amphitheatre site adjacent to the mooring along with enhancing the visual appeal of the site through a herb garden. we also are applying for permission for advertising boards, a storage facility for our waste and a loading zone for traders.
