PA/16/01472, dated 19/12/2016, in order to: - replace the approved A1 retail use at ground floor with an A3 restaurant; - remove the deep recess to the ground floor Whitby Street facade; - introduce folding sliding doors to Whitby Street; - reduce height of ground floor glazing and introduce a GRC panel on the Redchurch Street elevation; - removal of fluted GRC louvres and replacement with narrower solid panels; - shifting of the entrance to one side to introduce a wind lobby; - introduction of perforated ventilation panel above escape door.
