T1- Pine request to sectional fell/ dismantle to ground level. located on front driveway area of 1 Cathrine crescent. Tree has a large cavity forming at the base of the tree. heavy lean over the road and foot path. within striking distance of properties. over the last 12 months the tree has a large amount of dead wood within the canopy. remaining canopy very sparse and showing signs of ill health and die back. land owner happy to replace with two replants within a suitable area of the garden allowing the replanted trees to be allowed to grow and flourish undisturbed.
