Permission is sought to undertake a sympathetic crown reduction of the mature sycamore tree (T1) by approximately 2.5 metres, reducing both the overall height and lateral spread of the crown whilst retaining the tree's natural form and structural integrity. The works will be carried out by a suitably qualified and experienced arborist in accordance with current arboricultural best practice. Cuts will be made selectively at appropriate growth points, avoiding excessive pruning and maintaining a balanced crown.
