Tree at front of property T18, Cedar tree The tree is proposed for a moderate crown reduction to reduce its overall height and lateral spread while retaining its natural shape and balanced form. The reduction will be carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice, removing suitable branch growth to reduce the crown by approximately 2 - 2.5m. The works are intended to manage the tree's size and spread, improve clearance from the surrounding property, and maintain an appropriate relationship between the tree and its surroundings. The tree will remain healthy, structurally balanced and aesthetically pleasing following the works.
