62 Pembroke Crescent Hove BN3 5DG

T1 - Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus): Crown reduction to reduce the overall height by approximately 4 metres and reduce the crown on the side facing the adjacent property by approximately 3 metres. The reduction is to be carried out selectively to rebalance the crown, reduce the extent of growth towards the property and retain a natural, proportionate crown shape. T2 - Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus), twin-stemmed: Crown reduction by approximately 3 metres from the sides and approximately 3 metres from the overall height. Lift the lower branches to provide approximately 3 metres clearance above the adjacent public footpath. Works are intended to maintain suitable pedestrian clearance and reduce the overall crown whilst retaining a balanced and natural form. All works are to be undertaken selectively and in accordance with good arboricultural practice, retaining the health, structural integrity, natural form and amenity value of the trees.
