Greatham Court 21 - 23 Old London Road Brighton BN1 8XR

Please refer to attached sketch plan T1 Cedar Cut back branches overhanging the garden of 19 Old London Road to roughly the boundary but not beyond, cutting to suitable growth points and keeping wound size to a minimum. The branches only overhang a few metres so the work won?t affect the form of the tree. Reason for proposed work is the tree constantly sheds needles onto the Patio area, flat roof and gutters of neighbouring property.
