Ground Floor Flat 54 First Avenue Hove BN3 2FF

We have a tall Date palm which is too big for the garden in its present size . We already have a large windmill palm and a large apple tree in the neighbours garden at the rear . We would therefore really like to fell our Date palm which blocks a lot of light . Not only to us but also to the basement flat .
