Patcham Nursing Home Eastwick Close Brighton BN1 8SF

T1 - Walnut - 1x Walnut to reduce crown overall by 1.5 metres to suitable growth points, crown lift to 5 metres and remove 1x low limb(3 metres from ground level with poor regrowth). Reduce branches encroaching on buildings roof by 1.5metres to suitable growth points or back to source if no suitable growth points. The proposed works are recommended to provide appropriate clearance from the adjacent building, reduce the likelihood of branch contact with the roof, improve ground clearance, and remove a poorly developed low limb with limited long-term potential. The works will retain the tree's natural shape and overall amenity value.
