9 Caisters Close Hove BN3 6GQ

Please refer to attached sketch plan T1 Cedar: Healthy tree with high amenity value. Proposed work: Reduce height by 2m and width by 1m cutting to suitable growth points, keeping wound size to a minimum, leaving a well shaped balanced crown. Remove dead wood. Reason for works: the tree is over hanging the garden on the East side and excessively shading this garden. The tree is interfering with a building on its South side and the proposed work will allow the branches to be trimmed clear of the building. The tree was last trimmed about 10 years ago and the proposed work will help keep the tree in check. Tree is in the back garden so please contact the owner Nicholas Toomer to view the tree.
