Pembroke Lodge 81 Pembroke Crescent Hove BN3 5DF

Southern Boundary T1 - Paulownia Fell as close to ground level as possible. Apply systemic herbicide to stump to prevent re-growth. New owners at the property of No14 Pembroke Gardens are having insurance issues due to roots spawning from the adjacent tree. Damage/lifting to patio and walkway along the Western and Northern sides of the property evident. Minor damage is also visible to garden wall but does seem structurally sound. A replacement tree of a similar species would be being purchased and planted in the garden of No81 Pembroke Crescent, planted away from garden walls.
