The crowns will then be reshaped as appropriate to maintain a balanced and natural appearance while ensuring suitable clearance from the driveway and the property. Reason for works: General tree maintenance and to allow increased natural light into the property. T1 ? Sycamore Works: Reduce branches extending towards the property by approximately 2?3 metres, pruning back to suitable growth points in order to achieve approximately 2 metres of clearance between the tree and the building. Several lower branches will also be removed as appropriate to slightly raise the canopy and improve the overall form of the tree. Reason for works: To prevent potential damage to the property caused by branches encroaching towards the building.
