It is currently is use as a beauty salon, also Sui Generis which following some appeal decisions issued by the Planning Inspectorate is treated as use class E however, as this use was not applied for, and not in place for at least 10 years (which would make it established use even without planning permission) it seems I would require a full planning application for a change of use. This application is for change of use from SUIS GENERIS TO CLASS E. I am providing existing plans for beauty salon and proposed plans for Butchers shop. It seems that it is currently in use as a beauty salon, which following some appeal decisions issued by the Planning Inspectorate is treated as use class E (so the same use class as the grocers/butcher) however, as this use was not applied for, and not in place for at least 10 years (which would make it established use even without planning permission) it seems you would require a full planning application for a change of use.
