Conversion of garage into a habitable room. Conversion of loft space involving formation of a dormer extension at side and two dormer windows at rear. Erection of a boundary wall and gates up to a maximum height of 1.8 metres. Increase the width of existing crossovers,' to add canopy to rear extension and alter the fenestration style, size and positioning.
