Non-material amendment of planning permission 24/AP/3687, which gave consent for: "Redevelopment of the site to provide two separate buildings comprising large scale purpose built shared living (LSPSL) units, conventional residential dwellings, flexible commercial floorspace, accessible parking, children's play space, public realm improvements, landscaping and other associated works". The amendments sought by 26/AP/2481 are: - Amendment of the description of development to allow for the phased implementation of the development; - Amendment of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' to incorporate the approved phasing plans; and - Amendment of Condition 2 'Time Limit and Scope of Works' to incorporate wording setting out the agreed phasing for CIL purposes.
