Non-material amendment of planning permission 24/AP/2385 (as amended) which gave consent for: "Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) for planning permission ref no. 23/AP/1991 'Minor material amendment by variation of Conditions 1 (Approved Plans), 36 (Approved Building Height), 37 (Approved Quantum of Work/Maker Space) and 38 (Approved Number of Hotel Rooms) of planning permission 19/AP/5389, the development description for which was: Demolition of existing warehouse building and erection of a part 3, part 6 and part 9 storey building providing 200 hotel rooms (Class C1) and 1,354sqm of work/maker space at ground floor (and mezzanine) (Flexible Class B1) as well as ancillary cafe/restaurant and bar facilities (Class A3/A4), along with associated landscaping, servicing yard and access works. The amendments sought by this application are: - Facade alterations - Alteration to accessible room sizes - Alterations to room positions, sizes and layouts - Alterations to floor plans across all levels - Alterations to the roof, including relocation of the biodiverse roof and provision of railings above the mezzanine for safe maintenance." The amendments sought by this application are: - Revisions to back-of-house areas and the reconfiguration of internal layouts at ground floor and basement levels. - Amendments to the mezzanine-level hotel amenity area, including the relocation of accessible rooms. - Amendments to the first and second floor layouts to provide accessible hotel rooms, and amendments to the hotel amenity area on the eighth floor. - Extension of the second escape stair to the eighth floor. - Amendments to roof plant at first and ninth floor levels, together with an extension of the plant screen. - Revisions to the wording of Condition 13 (Wheelchair Accessible Rooms), Condition 14 (Cycle Storage Facilities), and the condition relating to the number of hotel rooms
