Clear or remove basal or epicormic growth at the base/stem of the tree not exceeding 2.4 meters in height above ground level, annually and in perpetuity. All works to be in accordance with BS30998 utilising a clean finish cut to stem using hand tools only such as secateurs, loppers or pruning saws. No herbicides are permitted. All arisings to be removed from site.
