Non-material amendment of planning permission ref: 21/AP/2433 dated 21.01.2022 for 'Demolition of an existing garage and construction of a two-storey, 1 bedroom dwelling house.' Amendments include: 1. The position of the internal staircase is to be revised to create a more open and functional layout at both ground floor and basement levels. 2. The bathroom layout is to be reconfigured to provide a more generous entrance hall. 3. The approved front window is proposed to be replaced with a double-glazed sliding door incorporating a 100mm opening restrictor on the ground floor. 4. The high-level rear window is proposed to be repositioned slightly to align with the revised internal layout. 5. New slot windows are proposed to the side elevation to augment daylight in the entrance hall. 6. Storage repositioned.
