Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 18/AP/1513 granted on 02/07/2018 for: (Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) and the removal of Condition 5 (Arboricultural Impact Assessment) of planning permission dated 8/1/2018 [LBS Ref 17/AP/3998] for construction of a six-storey dwelling house with a basement and roof terrace) to allow the following amendments: -Reduction in the floor to ceiling heights to 2.7m to enables an additional storey to be fitted into the consented envelope. -Variations to the footprint of the building to the north and south to extend to the site boundary. -Design of the elevations and roof terrace canopy revised as follows: -Reducing the extent of glazing, utilising high-quality and low-embodied carbon stone, reconfigure the rooftop structures and reconfigure the floor plans to suit the new proposed elevational adjustments.
