Proposed modification to s.106 agreement/ Unilateral Undertaking (ref: LEG/RP/PL/S106/143092 dated 03 October 2019) of the Planning permission ref 20/AP/0433 to allow the following proportionate contributions to be made towards the scheme only delivering Blocks B, C and D (all affordable homes) at present: -Agreed Carbon Targets - to be amended to refer to a 70 percent reduction in CO2 emissions for Blocks B, C and D. -Application Energy Strategy - to be amended to refer to the new energy strategy for Blocks B, C and D. -Site Wide Energy Strategy - to be amended to refer to an energy strategy for Blocks B, C and D only; to be submitted upon execution of the revised UU. -Carbon Off-Set Green Fund Contribution - to be amended to refer to £103,000 for Blocks B, C and D; and to be paid upon execution of the revised UU. -Inset a new obligation into the UU requiring a separate energy strategy for Block A (comprising the conversion and extension of Sumner House to provide 44 flats and 4 townhouses) to be submitted prior to the implementation of Block A; and for any Carbon Off-Set Green Fund Contribution associated with it to be paid prior to the occupation of Block A. -Cycle Hire Docking Station - This contribution should be split proportionate to the number of homes to be delivered in each phase. The first contribution should be for Blocks B, C and D and is £142,857 (to be payable prior to occupation of Blocks B, C and D) and the second contribution should be for Block A and is £57,143 (to be paid prior to the occupation of Block A).
