Details of Condition 3 - Prior to commencement of the works to the staircase (No. 15) the following, shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for its approval in writing: i) Method Statement and marked up drawings for the dismantling of the staircase and retention of original joinery (drawings to include where the original sections are to be retained and reused). ii) Protection measures for retained timber sections. iii) Detailed drawings (scale 1:5/10) indicating where retained timber will be incorporated into the new staircase. As required by planning permission 24/AP/1197 dated 26/07/2024 for Listed Building Consent for alterations for refurbishment works to the offices at 11-15 St Thomas Street;SE1, to reconfigure the internal walls and install new wiring and services throughout. Existing historic fabric is to be retained and repaired with only modern C20 additions to be removed. Externally it is proposed to remove items installed to the rear of the site in the courtyard, to include a generator, metal chimney flue and associated plant. Installation of 7no. AC units on the flat roof of the rear extension. Removal of the existing modern parking gate and bollards and replacement with a wrought iron gate. Replacement of existing lights to the entrance doors with new LED lights (Revised description)
