T3 A Sycamore sapling (Acer pseudoplatanus) approximately 2m height beneath T2 of minor significance to amenity. Recommended works: Remove. T4 A multistem Buddleia (Buddleja davidii) 2.Sm height located to the rear of the garden and of minor significance to amenity orscreening. Recommended works: Coppice to lm height.
