Works to a Tree with a TPO: T1 Norway Maple. Tree is growing in close proximity with neighbouring property and is now encroaching the building, resulting in complaints from the owner. Recommend reduce southern side of the tree to provide up to 3m clearance by removal of secondary branches only. No cut to exceed 50mm dia. Final cuts to be made at suitable growth points. T2 Catalpa - Tree has grown through a planter and has now died. Recommend fell to as low as possible and leave the root structure it situ. Reason for recommended work Health & Safety due to condition and location of the trees
