Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission 20/AP/1836 dated 01/09/2020 for 'Removal of existing hip end roof and creation of an additional storey incorporating three storey extensions to both sides of the existing building and elevational alterations in order to create two 1 bedroom flats'. The proposed changes include replacement of lightweight cladding panels to additional storey with light grey silicone render, replacement of aluminium frames to windows and glazed stair enclosure with uPVC frames, replacement of glass balustrade to Juliet balconies to rear with painted mild steel railings, alterations to side extension adjacent to no. 92 Landcroft Road, including replacement of door in flank elevation with window, reduction in size of glazed return and change in level to entrance door to reflect existing site levels, and removal of 1.5m set back between the roof and front elevation shown on the approved side elevations so that they are consistent with the rest of the approved plans.
