5 DAY NOTIFICATION. s.154 Exemption Highways Act Group of mixed trees/shrubs (G1) - cut back and lift over a public highway. A conifer (T1), mimosa (T2), prunus (T3) and shrubs to reduce lateral spread by 1m from 3m to 1m and lift to 2.5m above pavement, pruning to suitable points and maintaining natural aesthetic. All are approx 4m in height other than the conifer which is 10m in height. Work undertaken as all trees/shrubs are growing too low over the pavement and will cause an issue if left unchecked. The trees will tolerate the pruning as specified above as the pruning is very minor.
