The development would include hard and soft landscaping improvements, the provision of rooftop plant and the creation of an associated waste storage area". The proposed amendment is to re-word the condition to alter the noise limited levels and allow a desk-based assessment to be submitted prior to the occupation of the building, with the results of the Validation Test to be submitted and approved once all plant has been installed and commissioned.)
