Works to TPO trees: T1-T11: Tl Yew adjacent to no. 86 College Road. Works: Lateral reduction on one side to previous points to provide clearance to the property. Remove epicormic growth up to 2.Sm, retaining the upper growth to encourage the formation of a lower crown. T2 Himalayan Birch within a group to the side of no. 86. Works: Lateral reduction to provide a minimum 1.Sm clearance to the property. T3 Horse Chestnut amenity earth bed outside no. 80. Works: Remove deadwood, without thinning the internal crown structure of larger diameter stems. Undertake a Picus test to inform management and pruning specifications. T4 Coton easter to the side of a new path in front of nos. 68/70 Works: Remove deadwood. TS Oak amenity area to the front of no. 62. Works: Remove deadwood, retaining epicormic growth. T6 Copper Beech amenity area to the front of no. 58. Works: Remove deadwood including hanging branch. T7 London Plane within the central communal grass amenity area. Works: Crown lift to suitable growth points where overhanging T8 so that crowns are not touching. Aerial inspection to check for signs of Massari a (Splanchnonema platani) on the upper surfaces of larger stems, and for any significant structural defects. T8 Cherry Plum located directly below T7. Works: Remove deadwood. T9 Dead and dying Crabapple located directly.to rear of no.18 . Works: Fell to ground level in preparation for replacement planting. TlO Horse Chestnut on the boundary with Stonehills Court. Works: Sever ivy at base. Undertake a Picus test to inform management and pruning specifications. Tll Mulberry on sloped amenity land outside no. 10 Constable Walk. Works: Remove deadwood and sever ivy at base.
