Minor material amendment to planning permission ref. 22/AP/0673 (Conversion of two flats to one single family dwellinghouse; construction of a ground floor side infill and rear extension; a first floor side extension; an L-shaped rear dormer roof extension with a roof terrace at second floor level; and the installation of 1x rooflight to the front roofslope) to amend the design of the ground floor rear extension to consist of a pitched roof and to raise the party wall. The changes include: - To change the design of the ground floor rear extensions roof from a flat roof to a pitched roof design; and - to increase the eaves height on the boundary with No 37 from 2.5m to 3m and to increase the maximum height of the extension.
