Variation of Condition 22 'Plant Noise and Validation Test' attached to planning permission 21/AP/2165, which itself is a minor material amendment to original planning permission 20/AP/0779, for: "Refurbishment and extension of the All Saints Annexe, with all internal floorspace to be mixed Class B1/D1 (office/museum) use, involving the demolition of existing rear extensions and the construction of new two-storey rear extensions. The development would include hard and soft landscaping improvements, the provision of rooftop plant and the creation of an associated waste storage area". The proposed amendment is to re-word the condition to alter the noise limited levels and allow a desk-based assessment to be submitted prior to the occupation of the building, with the results of the Validation Test to be submitted and approved once all plant has been installed and commissioned.
