Non material amendment to reserved matters approval 21/AP/3794 in relation to Canada Dock and land adjacent to zone D pursuant to hybrid planning permission ref. 18/AP/1604 dated 29th May 2020, relating to the re-development of Canada Dock, including the re-grading and re-planting of the SINC, construction of a new boardwalk, construction of steps and accessible slopes along the southern edge and associated public realm, informal play space and landscape improvements. The amendments make minor adjustments to the levels and layout of the boardwalk, pergola and steps on the southern edge: Increase level by 250 mm on southern edge Level increase between 80 to 250 mm on boardwalk Level increase between 80 to 250 mm in pergola Minor changes to the alignment of the boardwalk (by up to 1.4 metres) to assist manufacture
