Remove and the roots grubbed out. As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a suitable location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:Acer griseum (Paperbark Maple)Arbutus unedo (Strawberry tree)Magnolia soulangeana (Deciduous Magnolia)The tree should be planted during the November 2022 and March 2023 planting season with a stem girth of between 14-16cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3m.
