T5 Robinia (x1) - Fell to ground level. Reason: tree is too close to garden room and not in a suitable position. T6 Oak (x1) - Cut back overhanging branches by 2m. Reason: general maintenance. To maintain the tree at a smaller size. T7 Hazel (x1) - Cut back overhanging branches by 1-1.5m. Reason: general maintenance. To maintain the tree at a smaller size. T8 Beech (x1) - Fell to ground level. Reason: report by Kim Gifford using a Picus Tomograph has proven the tree to have major internal decay of a severity which means retention is not an option. Beech trees cannot tolerate a 50% crown reduction as suggested in the report.
