Proposed Works to No 69 Construction of ground floor rear extension, increase in height of two storey rear outrigger, replacement of rear dormer with a rear dormer widened by 150mm and new balustrade to existing roof terrace'. The amendment seeks the following: two roof lights added to roof. All new bricks changed from reclaimed London Stock to new 'London Stocks' to match existing by Imperial Bricks. Roof dormer cladding changed from render to zinc. Concealed retractable awning added to rear elevation of extension.
