Amendments are 1. Setting back of the front elevation to be in line with the existing building 2. The pushing out of the rear elevation at basement and ground floor to recoup erase lost space 3. The rearrangement for the front ground floor elevation at street level. (REVISED)) for the following changes: - Vertical louvres to the ground floor front window are removed. - Parapets are raised to allow for adequate falls across the flat roofs following further detailed survey. - The coping is revised to avoid staining to brickwork below. - External rainwater pipes are removed. - Stainless steel overflows are added. - An aerial and satellite dish are added to the roof.
