Variation of Condition 16 pursuant to planning permission 99/AP/1168 dated 16/06/2000 for 'Development of site for 997 sq. mtr food store, 930 sq. mtr non-food retail store and a hot food takeaway with 141 car parking spaces, cycle storage and alterations to highway'. The amendment consists of: to extend the delivery hours currently permitted Monday to Sunday including Public Holidays by revising the condition to read "No commercial or trade deliveries, including the collection of refuse or waste, shall be taken at or despatched from the premises other than between the hours of 09:00 and 23:00 Monday to Sunday including Public Holidays 09:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday, 09:00 - 21:00 Bank Holidays."
