Variation of Condition 3 (Opening Hours) of planning permission 20/AP/0368 (Change of use from education (Use Class D1) to business (Use Class B1 (C)) for a temporary period of 3 years.) The changes shall require that: The Use Class B1 (c)/ E (g iii) hereby permitted shall not be carried outside of the hours 07:00-23:00 Mondays to Saturdays and 08:00 to 18:00 on Sundays and Bank Holidays; Deliveries to and collections from the non-residential uses shall only take place between the hours of 07:00 and 21:00 on Mondays to Saturdays and 08:00 and 18:00 on Sundays and Bank Holidays; The handling of bottles and movement of bins and rubbish is only permitted to take place outside the premises between the hours of 07:00 and 21:00 on Mondays to Saturdays and 8:00 to 18:00 on Sundays and Bank Holidays; Between the hours of 18:00 and 08:00 on any day, the area at the front of the site shall not be used for any other purpose other than access to and from the building; No fabrication work or other noisy activity shall take place in the front of house area when the loading bay doors are open at any time.
