Details of Condition 3 - details of balustrade, to include setting out, roof access and rooflights and new staircase required by planning permission dated 24/08/2020 [LBS Ref 19/AP/5627] for 'Creation of an amenity terrace at roof level, with associated access and a new bathroom between 2nd floor and roof level. Additional refurbishment works will also be undertaken, including: the replacement of uPVC windows on the rear elevation with softwood timber, single-glazed windows to match original designs; the repair and redecoration of the existing cast iron railings; the repair and redecoration of existing stucco and stonework; the refurbishment of the existing second floor bathroom; and the replacement of the damaged living room floor with new tongue and groove floorboards of matching material and visual character, with improved acoustic separation'.
