(11 x 2 bed private units  6 x 1 bed, 2 x 7 bed affordable units)] changes include: - Creation of Sprinkler Plant room (10sqm) through reduction of commercial floor space at ground floor level from 70.6sqm to 59.1sqm - Installation of x 1 door to rear elevation providing access to bike storage at ground floor - Installation of x 2 doors to front elevation of electrical room at ground floor - Removal of third floor private roof terrace of Flat 18 - Installation of third floor recessed enclosed glazed balcony to Flat 18 and Flat 19 along front elevations - Increase in height of lift overrun at roof level by 0.5m - Replacement of PV panels at roof level with mastic asphalt roofing and; - Associated works including internal reconfigurations of 23 Flats (increased GIA in 19 units, reduced GIA in 4 units).
