Change of use of the Former Dock Manager Offices from existing use class D1 (business school) to a Project Hub (use class E); external and internal alterations; remedial works, including to the front facade of 1-14 Dock Offices; installation of plant; temporary landscaping; and external lighting. The internal and external alterations comprise the removal of internal partitions and creation of a double height space with new balustrade and exposed roof structure; restorative works to the existing staircase; the infill of the non-original skylight; replacement of non-original window glazing with slimline double-glazing; and the rationalisation of plant and installation of new plant. The remedial works comprise the repair and/or replacement of damaged brickwork; re-pointing of areas of damaged mortar; repairs to structural cracks; and the cleaning of the facade.
