Details of Condition 15 'BREEAM' as required by planning permission LBS reg no 17/AP/3430 for the Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans), Condition 14 (Safety and Security) and Condition 26 (Disabled Parking) and removal of Condition 27 (Basement Parking) of planning permission 16/AP/2511, itself a variation of 13/AP/0561 for redevelopment including the demolition of existing depot building and erection of four new residential buildings of between 6 and nine storeys accommodating 69 dwelling and 137m2 of Class A1, A2 and/or A3 (retails/services/cafe) space, 9 disabled car parking spaces, cycle parking, private and communal amenity space including new public square and landscaping, plus refurbishment and single storey extensions to the existing Bethwin Road playgroup building (Class D1 use) with associated landscaping. Retrospective permission is sought for changes to "Block 6" at the corner of Wyndham Road and Crown Street, specifically: Removal of the basement (and disabled parking spaces); Revised ground floor layout including removal of car lift and minor decrease in commercial floorspace; Internal reconfiguration of all residential units and changes to unit mix; Increase in height of block of 1.8m and very minor changes to building footprint; Changes to size and design of balconies and communal roof space; Minor amendments to window location and external detailing.
